LIVING LIFE AT 90%
Why not 100%? Life is about 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it. This is Dallas’ signature presentation and it has been brought back by popular demand.
Life’s situations are filled with things we can’t control. Dallas has consistently turned negatives into positives from excelling in the industry of professional wrestling as oldest rookie ever, to overcoming Attention Deficit Disorder (“ADD”) and dyslexia, and mastering reading at a late age.
There will always be at least 10%, in negative factors. The key is to concentrate on the 90%, and move forward. Dallas will present how to focus on the positive aspect of negativity at its’ onset; and then harness that energy, so you can put it to work.
The main point of this presentation is to reshape the way people think and deal with negative situations. When the participants leave this presentation with Dallas, they leave with their own blue-print for success, so they’re able to view times of strife as opportunities to grow and learn.
NEGATIVES TO POSITIVES *SEE POTENTIAL*EXCEL PRAGMATICALLY TEAMS WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS
The key to building successful teams, is to allow individuality to prosper within them, while maintaining focus on the team’s goal.
The concept of working together to accomplish goals can be a challenging prospect. Dallas worked for years in an industry that many would consider the furthest thing from a team atmosphere, professional wrestling.
Pro-wrestlers are able to leverage their popularity with the crowds into lucrative contracts and bonuses, not to mention endorsement and merchandising deals. This environment bred individuality as opposed to a team concept.
The catch was, if the wrestlers didn’t work together as a team to raise one another’s work level, create in-ring chemistry, and a believable storyline, the organization as a whole would fail.
Dallas will provide an insightful view into his positive experiences and the lessons he learned from all aspects of creating teams, allowing for individuality within those teams, and highlighting constructive conflict resolution. Winning championships isn’t just with athletics.
